There are 3 camp directors:

Staff

  • All regular staff are girls 17 years of age or older as well as some adult women
  • Staff in training are 15 and 16 year old girls; most positions have an assistant in training
  • All new staff must complete a leadership training program available in several cities in Ontario and Quebec.
  • Second year staff attend a leadership enhancement weekend in the spring
  • Supplementary training is also provided immediately prior to camp
  • All staff have some free time each day for their own recreation
