Staff
- All regular staff are girls 17 years of age or older as well as some adult women
- Staff in training are 15 and 16 year old girls; most positions have an assistant in training
- All new staff must complete a leadership training program available in several cities in Ontario and Quebec.
- Second year staff attend a leadership enhancement weekend in the spring
- Supplementary training is also provided immediately prior to camp
- All staff have some free time each day for their own recreation
